Calendar of Events 4th of July Celebration Begins in Clarke County 7/2/2010 - The annual 4th of July celebration kicks off Friday evening at 6:30 PM. The Carnival opens at 5:00 PM. Friday's activities include a Pie Baking contest and entertainment beginning at 7:00 PM. Friday's entertainment is the "Sons of Gladys Kravitz" band.
